Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Diaphragm blade 2 consists of metallic or plastic materials, and the first and the second pins 2a and 2b are formed with magnetic materials. The first fitting part 3 is fitted into hole part 1a so that it may form a part of the outside circumference face of hole part 1a of substrate 1, and the first fitting part 4 is formed with magnetic materials. The second fitting material 5 formed with magnetic materials is so fitted that it may form a part of the circumference face of long groove 3a of rotary plate 3. Magnetic force is given to the first abd the second pins 2a and 2b of diaphragm blade 2, and substrate 1 and the first and the second fitting materials 4 and 5 of rotary plate 3 are formed with magnetic materials, so that shaking dependent upon dimension error and so on in production can be resolved by adsorbing diaphragm blade 2, substrate 1, and rotary plate 3 by magnetic force.
