Abstract
PURPOSE: To manufacture an amorphous magnetic alloy material with superior magnetic characteristics by applying external magnetic fields to an amorphous magnetic alloy sheet or other material from two directions while heating the sheet to a specified temp., rotating the direction of the synthetic magnetic field so that induced magnetic anisotropy is made isotropic, and cooling the sheet.
CONSTITUTION: Amorphous magnetic alloy sheet or this wire 10 manufactured by very rapidly cooling an alloy consisting of transition metals and metalloids is heated and maintained at a temp. of the Curie point or below and the crystallization temp. or below in electric furnace 4.
