Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent undue ejection due to rapid pressurization of ejection liquid by allowing the vaporized propellant to flow through a liquid control valve and allowing the pressure inside and outside a sprayer to be always balanced. CONSTITUTION:A porous elastic body 65 which has a porosity and is installed into a shut-off valve 6 impedes passing of the liquid under the vapour pressure of the vapor of the liquefied gas stored in a closed vessel and allow only gas to pass. Therefore, even if the ejection liquid contacts with the porous elastic body 65 due to tumbling or turning upside down of the vessel the propellant is not discharged in liquid state, and on passing through the porous elastic body 65, the propellant in gas form is supplied into a space B, and rapid pressure rise in the space B is not generated, and the pressures inside and outside a sprayer 3 are kept always in a balanced state, and undue ejection due to rapid pressurization of propellant can be prevented beforehand.
