Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the anticorrosion effect of the method of preventing the corrosion of a solution containing a fluoride, by adjusting the F/Si mol ratio of the solution to a specific value and then by using an anticorrosive material stainless steel containing a specific amount of Cr. CONSTITUTION:For the preventing method for the corrosion of a solution containing a fluoride in a phosphoric acid factory, etc., the F/Si mol ratio of the solution is adjusted (adding active silica, siatomaceous earth or the like) to 4-5.9 and a substance containing >=25% Cr metal, e.g. ferritic stainless steel is used as an anticorrosive material for the above-mentioned solution. Thus, the corrosion preventing properties as to the titled solution is improved remarkably.
