CONSTITUTION:This desulfurizer contains 20-90wt% calcium carbide, 75-5wt% quicklime and 1wt% up to 5wt% aluminum residual ash as essential components. The residual aluminum ash compounded here is Al industrial waste and contains about >=6% metal Al discharged from various processes. The metal Al in the residual Al ash has the action of deoxidizing the molten iron and the action to accelerate the desulfurization of carbide and quicklime.
