At this time, the voltage of the capacitor 6 becomes a voltage proportional to the magnitude of a load and if a power source voltage ED does not behave a load fluctuation, a load voltage EC ascends in proportion to the load and this corrects the voltage fluctuation due to the load of a transformer to maintain the voltage EC constant disregarding the magnitude of the load and further, even when the voltage ED behaves a load fluctuation, if the value of the load voltage EC is decided adequately, the load fluctuation of the load voltage EC is also corrected.
