Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a brushless motor of high durability by using printed coil. CONSTITUTION:Half-coils 11 are arranged in parallel at narrow interval on the both sides of insulation plate 10, using printed circuit technology. The corresponding ends of front and back half-coils 11 are connected to each other to complete electrically perfected multiple-polar coil. Lead wires 12, 13 are connected to the coil end distant by pi in terms of electric angle on this coil. Multiple-polar coil like this is manufactured in a euantity of phase number. Then each coil is laminated over the other shifted by 2pi/phase number through placing the in-between insulation layer, and lead wire is connected to each one of the coils, thus constituting a multilayer excitation winding 4. Following this procedure, said multilayer coil is installed on the surface of stator iron core 3, so that it is opposed to rotor 5 having permanent magnet 7. In this way, multilayer coils are sequentially excited corresponding to the magnetic polar position of rotor 5.
