CONSTITUTION: The objective dispersing agent is prepared by mixing (A) a metal salt of dialkyl sulfosuccinate of formula (R and R' are ≥4C alkyl; n is 1W3; M is n-valent metal) and (B) a nonionic surface active agent having an average molecular weight of 2,000W45,000 and obtained by the block addition reaction of 1mol of a 4W12C alkanediol with 20W800mol of ethylene oxide and 15W200mol of propylene oxide. The weight ratio of (A)/(B) is pref. 1/9W9/1.
