Abstract
PURPOSE: To stop articles to be transferred at a fixed position certainly by detecting the position of a capsule in the conduit in stop section and controlling the amount of suction air according to said detecting equipment, in capsule transport.
CONSTITUTION: When a capsule wagon 4 advances into a conduit 1 in stop section, a timer 7 is operated by a position detector D, and an output is generated at each AND gate after a fixed time, and one or more out of position detectors D1, D2, D3... transmit the detection signal to the AND gate, and the signal is input a discriminator 8. Thus, the position of the wagon 4 after a fixed time is detected. The position of this wagon 4 is input into a suction air amount setting device 9, and the set value corresponding to this position is input into a flow rate control meter 10, and the suction amount of a blower 5 is controlled. Therefore, the capsule wagon which advances into the stop section 1 which is set between a partition value 2 and an air discharge port 3 is positioned at a veriety of positions according to the characteristic values, and the wagon is transferred to a desired position at a certain speed by the suction of the blower 5 which is controlled corresponding to the position described above, and then stopped.
