Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform operation of a device with an optimum amount of economical air flow, by detecting static pressure of an optinal point of pressure of difference between two points in a pipe line of the multipiped pneumatic transport device and actuating variable air flow adjusting devices with a memory decision deivce on the basis of a signal detected in the above.
CONSTITUTION: A multipiped pneumatic transport device is constituted by, for instance, providing cyclones C1WCn, powdery granule mixers M1WMn or the like respectively in branch pipes L1WLn divided from a main pipe L. Here are provided detectors S1WSn for detecting static pressure at an optional point or pressure of difference between two points in each of the branch pipes L1WLn, and their detected signal is input to a memory decision device 3. Then the device 3 performs arithmetic operation so as to obtain minimum static (difference) pressure of detection, that is, optimum amount of economical air flow speed. Further variable air flow devices V (V1WVn) air provided respectively in the branch pipes L1WLn, and rods 8, 7 are successively actuated by an operator 9 on the basis of a control signal from the above described device 3, then a cone 5 contained in a housing 4 of venturi type can be shifted to an adequate position.
