Abstract

PURPOSE:To automate the drawing work of the lead wire for coil and the like by stretching the lead wire from the constricted part in the middle of a drawing groove to the opening side of the groove, then pushing the lead wire into the vicinity of said constricted part, shifting it in the direction of the width of the groove, further pushing it into the bottom of the goove, and hooking it. CONSTITUTION:The wire 117 is drawn from a wiring nozzle 79 of a wire material supply part, and arranged as the lead wire 6 on a lead-wire drawing groove 5 of a flange 4 of a bobbin 1. When wire guides 119 and 122 are moved in the direction toward a groove bottom 5A by the actuation of a cylinder, the lead wire 6 is contacted with a guide part 125 of said wire guide 119, guided to the central portion of the groove 5, and pushed to the groove bottom 5A. When the cylinder is further actuated, only the wire guide 122 is moved to the groove bottom 5A further; and the lead wire 6 is shifted in the direction of the width of the groove by a guide part 126, and pushed into the direction of the groove bottom 5A. When a tensile force is given to the lead wire 6 by a holding tool 35, the lead wire 6 is hooked to a pawl 9 of said flange 4 and fixed.
