CONSTITUTION:A dome shaped metallic net is made to adhere to the flange 2 made of thermal fusible resin, by means of the part of its collar 1a. In this case, before performing the said adhesion, a projection rib 2c is formed in the radial direction at equal angle intervals on the circumferential part 2b of the center hole 2a of the flange 2, and the heater 4 is pressed in the direction as indicated with an arrow in a state that the collar 1a of the metallic net 1 is placed on this circumferential part 2b. In this way, the collar 1a of the metallic net 1 is pressed against the circumferential part 2b of the flange 2, at the same time the circumferential part 2b is heated and melted, and the collar 1a of the metallic net 1 is welded.
