Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of blisters (residual air) liable to occur between a metal tube and a plastic tube at the time of lining by providing heat melting type bonding layer on the surface of a plastic tube. CONSTITUTION:A heat melting type bonding agent (such as an ethylenevinyl acetate copolymer, polyethylene, a polyamide resin, or polyisobutylene) 2 is applied to the outer periphery of a heat melting type plastic tube 1 (or the inner periphery of a thermal shrinking plastic tube), and, at the same time, ridges 3 leading from one end to another are provided in a stripe state on the above mentioned bonding agent surface layer by a polymer (polypropylene or the like at the time where the expansion tube is a vinyl chloride tube, and polyamide when the tube is a bridge polyethylene), having a fluidization starting temperature more than that of the bonding agent and said tube 1 is inserted into the metal tube (or is covered thereon from the outside) and heated at a temperature less than the fluidization starting temperature of the polymer 3 to tightly couple the tubes.
