Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent an unexpected boosting of revolution of a ground working unit and an accident caused thereby by a method wherein a PTO clutch is connected or cut in cooperating with elevating and descending operations of the ground working unit and the above-described clutch is cut off after the ground working unit is lifted and supported for more than a predetermined period of time.
CONSTITUTION: In case a ground working unit is descended and a cultivating work is carried out while a return switch S is being closed, a normally closed contact LSb of a cooperating switch LS is closed by a lift arm 11 and a normally opened contact LSa is opened. Consequently, discharged liquid from a pump 4 is sent to a PTO clutch 3 through an electromagnetic operating portion 5 by an electricity fed to a solenoid 6 and the PTO clutch 3 is connected to pivot the ground working unit 8. On the other hand, when the ground working unit is hung and the hung condition is continued for a period of time exceeding a preset period of time in a time switch T, the normally opened contact Ta is closed and the normally closed contact Tb is opened. Accordingly, even when the working unit 8 is descended into the ground thereafter and the contact LSa is closed, the solenoid 6 is kept in unergized condition and the clutch 3 is maintained in a condition of being cut off.
