Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate a clear and non-peeling off mark display on a tyre with less expenditure by a method wherein when a green tyre is to be vulcanized, a special copying sheet is arranged between the mold and the tyre.
CONSTITUTION: When a green tyre 5 is vulcanized in a tyre forming mold 4, a cppying sheet 1 having thermoplastic ink film display layer 3 on a surface of a heat resistant peeling supporter 2 is arranged between the forming mold 4 and the green tyre 5 such that the display layer is contacted with the green tyre. Under a condition of vulcanization of the tyre, the display layer is melted to the green tyre 5. After the melting, the display layer is copied to the tyre 6 by peeling off the heat resistant supporter having peeling off property.
