Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the transfer sheet, transferring to an aluminium material without necessitating a separating layer forming resin, in which a vehicle layer covering the whole surfaces of an ink layer and a base through a binding agent is formed, subsequently, a thermoadhering layer is formed with polyamide resin.
CONSTITUTION: The ink layer 7 is formed on a part of the base 6 made of a plastic film such as the film of polyester, cellophane or the like by ink containing a dye having thermal transition characteristics such as sublimatability, vaporizability, fusion migration characteristics or the like utilizing acrylic resin or cellulose resin having separatability with respect to said base 6 as the binding agent. Subsequently, the vehicle layer 8, covering the whole surfaces of the ink layer 7 and the base 6, is formed by the resin same as the binding agent of the ink, that means acrylic resin or cellulose series resin, further, the thermoadhering layer 9 is formed on the whole surface of said vehicle layer 8 by polyamide resin.
