Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the piping for filling the raw materials efficiently by attaching a manifold for filler piping directly to a fixed mold, not to fixed a die plate. CONSTITUTION:The fixed mold 2 and the movable mold 10 are closed, and then raw materials are filled through the filler 1 while sending compressed air from the air pipings 5, 6, and 7 for expansion molding, where the manifold 3 for filler piping is attached to the fixed mold 2 and then the air pipings 5, 6, and 7 are provided in advance as prework for the exchange of mold. Thus, because the air pipings 5, 6, and 7 can be more efficiently provided in advance than in the case where the manifold 3 for filler piping is attached to the fixed die plate 8, the exchanging work for molds can be performed in a shorter time.
