Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to set arbitrarily the DC characteristic of the dial state of the telephone set circuit, by giving the degrees of freedom to setting the DC current flowed to the dial confirmation tone circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the push-button of the push-button dial is depressed, meter contact M of switch SW is connected to remote control contact C, and the base current is applied through resistor RB to turn on switching element Q just before break contact B is disconnected from contact C. The DC current is flowed through varister VR, resistor RS, switching element Q and constant-voltage circuit ZD. Since push- button dial oscillating circuit PBOSC and transmitter T are in parallel with each other, the impedance of VR does not become small considerably though confirmation tone is small, and click tone can be reduced because DC change across contact points P1-P2 is small.
