Abstract
PURPOSE:To efficiently prevent the excess revolution of an engine and at the same time, simplify the constitution by by-passing a charging by condenser under the normal direction voltage of AC generator when the rotary speed of an engine has exceeded a prearranged level. CONSTITUTION:A condenser 7 is charged under a normal direction voltage of AC generator 1 driven synchronized to an engine and the charge of condenser 7 is discharged suddenly into the primary coil 14 of ignition coil 13 by turning on SCR8 under reverse direction voltage on AC generator 1. Then a high voltage is generated on the secondary coil 15 to ignite an engine. Time constant circuit 9 designed to keep SCR8 turned on for a prearranged period of time after its switch-on, is connected between the gate and cathode of SCR8. After this procedure, when the number of revolutions of an engine has exceeded a prearranged level, the charging of condenser 7 under the normal direction voltage of AC generator 1 is by-passed.
