PURPOSE: To improve the combustibility and the fuel economy for an internal combustion engine by magnetizing air and fuel by a magnet type magnetic field actuator.
CONSTITUTION: There is provided a permanent magnet type magnetic field actuator a for air treatment in an air cleaner 2, air duct 3 or carburetor 4 under a flux function of more than 10Gs. Also there is provided a permanent magnet type magnetic field actuator b for fuel treatment in a fuel pipe 7 connecting a fuel tank 5 and a fuel pump 6 under a flux function of more than 10Gs. Thus the air is magnetized by O2 to ionize the fuel.
