Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent cavitation from occurring at the time of rapid expansion, by providing a vertically movable disc valve, which acts to ensure an enough quantity of oil at the time of rapid expansion, in a damping force generator which applies a damping force only at the time of compression. CONSTITUTION:At the time of rapid expansion, a piston 5 is moved up and working oil in an oil chamber 3 is sucked because of the enlargement of a lower oil chamber 8.
