Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a noise from appearing on a picture tube screen by eliminating a noise component contained in a video signal by extracting only the noise component by the differential amplifier of a televison receiver when the noise component mixes. CONSTITUTION:A video signals, containing a noise component, outputted from a video detector is inputted from input terminal 1 and supplied to the base of one transistor 3 of differential amplifier 2. Further, a video signal, having only the noise component attenuated, passed through low-pass filter 5 is inputted to the base of the other transistor 4 amplifier 2. Consequently, only the noise component is outputted from the collector of transistor 4. This noise component is inputted to the base of amplifying transistor 6 and extracted from collector resistance 9 of transistor 7. This noise component is out of phase with the noise component in the input video signal and equal in magnitude, so feeding it back to the input of the video amplifier makes it possible to eliminate the noise component completely.
