Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a nonimage part from yellowing by forming a photosensitive layer contg. specified 4-morpholino-2,5-alkoxybenzene diazonium salt and a coupling component for a two-component type diazo copying material and using a specified amount or less of a specified developer. CONSTITUTION:A support is coated with a two-component type diazo copying material contg. 4-morpholino-2,5-alkoxybenzene diazonium salt represented by the formula (where R is 3-5C isde chain alkyl and X is an anion) and a coupling component such as 2-oxy-3-naphthoic acid dialkylaminoethylamide to form a photosensitive layer. This copying material is developed by sticking a <=5g/m<2> developer contg. alkali (earth) metal hydroxide or carbonate, a aliphatic amine, aromatic amine or other alkali and polyol or its ether. Thus, the nonimage part of a copy is prevented from yellowing in filing.
