Abstract
PURPOSE:To miniaturize and stabilize a device by effectively cooling insides of a disk storage part and device enclosure by providing a motor pulley with fins for exhausting air in the enclosure and also a spindle pulley with fins at the storage part. CONSTITUTION:Motor pulley 60 is provided with fins for exhausting air inside of enclosure 11, and spindle pulley 50 with fins for cooling disk storage part 2. The rotation of drive motor 7 is transmitted to pulley 50 via pulley 60 and belt 8 and fins of pulley 50 blow air flow to base 16 of storage part 2, cooling the inside of storage part 2. Further, air flowing in enclosure 11 by fins of pulley 50 is exhausted out of enclosure 11 by fins of pulley 60 equipped on spindle 80 to cool the inside of enclosure 11. Thus, pulleys and fins are formed in one body, so that the cooling of the storage part can be carried out effectively.
