Abstract

PURPOSE: To elevate the reliability of detecting a direction indicating signal, by electrically detecting the moving direction by means of the servo control.
CONSTITUTION: The motor 26 is driven by an output signal of the steering servo control circuit which is subjected to digital proportional control. The motor 26 can be rotated forward and in reverse, and the moving direction of a moving body is decided. An interlocking variable resistor 28 is provided to the shaft of the motor 26, and a midpoint output 28A of the variable resistor 28 is input to the comparators 78, 80. The comparators are used for discriminating whether the moving direction is right or left, by comparing the midpoint output 28A of the variable resistor 28 with the reference voltage, and since the switch circuit 46 is driven by an output of the comparator, the direction indicating unit is operated.
