Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting resin (copolymer elastomer comprising essentially propylene) compounded with about 5W50wt% fluorine rubber comprising vinylidene fluoride and propylene hexafluoride is coated on an image holding member provided with photoconductive layer on a substrate, and is then hardened, to form an insulating layer, whereby the image holding member is provided.
