Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent plastic volatile dissipation to manufacture the captioned sheet by a method wherein a PVC mixture comprising a foaming material and a plasticizing agent is masticated and made into a sheet at a temperature lower than the foaming temperature thereof, then, a printing film is fusion-bonded and the mixture is foamed under a temperature lower than the evaporating temperature of the plasticizing agent.
CONSTITUTION: A PVC mixture, containing at least the plasticizing agent and the foaming material foaming at a temperature of 140W180°C, is masticated and is made into a sheet by a calender roll to form a foaming PVC sheet 1. This sheet 1 is guided to a matching roll 3 through a preheating roll 2 and is joined and put one above another at the roll 3 on a printing film 7 of a transparent material guided by another guide roll 4 and a preheating roll 5 and having a printing pattern 6 on an inner surface thereof, thereafter, is guided to a laminate roll 8. At the roll 8, an ambient temperature of the roll 8 is set at a temperature lower than the evaporating temperature of the plasticizing agent by means of a quartz-seathed heater 9 for heating. The sheet 1 and the film 7 are heated and pressed by the roll 8 and are formed into the foamed PVC decoration sheet 10 by fusion bonding simultaneous with foaming, thereafter the sheet 10 is cooled by passing through a water tank 12.
