Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject interior material at an improved productivity, by a method wherein a surface, where a base material is adhered to an urethane foam outer material in which polyvinyl chloride sheets and the like are laminated, is molten by blames, and the lamination is then superposed to a polystyrene base material for pressing.
CONSTITUTION: A polystyrol base material 1 is passed through between positive and negative electrodes 2 and 3 and is corona-discharge-treated by a hight-voltage generator 13. In the meantime, an urethane foam outer material 8, in which polyvinyl sheets or fabrics are laminated, is rolled out from a winding roll, and an adhesion surface is fused to a depth of 0.5W0.7mm by means of a gas burner located at a side of the first press roll 5. Resultant lamination is then superposed to a base material 1 being corona-discharge-treatrd, and is rolled into the first press rolls 5 and 5' for adhering by light-pressing. Said lamination is pressed strongly while it is in a semicured state, and is adhered together with an uniform and enough adhesion strength to obtain a desired interior material.
