Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure an accurate coating of the specimen to the holding sheet with a simple constitution, by securing a free rocking for the coating component to the coating device after connecting the coating device to the coating component via the through-hole pin.
CONSTITUTION: The coating component 6 is connected to the coating device 1 with a free rocking and relative shift secured and via the pin 5 of the deivce 1 and the through-hole 10 of the component 6. Accordingly, a big distortion or drop can be avioded for the holding sheet 11 by the component 6 which falls freely along with the device 1. As a result, an accurate coating of the specimen can be secured for the sheet 11 with a simple constitution.
