Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent fluctuation of a valve and to restrain rising of a frost line concomitant with a high speed withdrawal of the valve by a method wherein an annular valve guiding member and feeding and discharging passages of cooling air are formed around a feeding and discharging air cylinder extending into the valve through a central portion of a blow head. CONSTITUTION:An air feeding cylinder 2 is provided within a cylindrical die 19 and cooling air is injected out of rings 5a-5e for internal cooling of a valve, supported by an inner exhaust cylinder 7, toward an inner peripheral surface of the valve 8. Rings are communicated with each other through feeding air communicating cylinders 6a-6d. Valve guiding members 11a-11d are provided between the rings 5a-5e respectively and thus fluctuation of the valve 8 is prevented. Discharging of cooling air blown out of the rings 5a-5d is effected through a second air discharging passageway utilizing a short circuit suction port 12 bored on the exhaust cylinder 7 while cooling air blown out of the ring 5e is entered into an internal portion of the exhaust cylinder 7 from an upper opening of the exhaust cylinder 7.
