Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the balance of optical performances by forming the semipermeable thin film provided to the joining surfaces of two prisms of the same refractive index by a dielectric thin film of a refractive index lower than the refractive index of the prism glass, a silver thin film and a dielectric thin film of a refractive index higher than that of the prism glass, from the incident prism side, in this order.
