Abstract

PURPOSE:To excellently joint a container body, which is used after cutting its side walls, and its lid by injecting a jointing agent in a concave space which is surrounded by the container body, the horizontal contacting part, the vertical contacting part and the concave-formation wall of the lid. CONSTITUTION:A container body 1 with an opened top has no stepped portion between the ends of the side walls and supports a lid 2 which is set parallel to the bottom of that. A horizontal contacting part 5 of the lid 2 is made to contact with the upper-end surface of the opening of the body 1, and these are jointed by using a jointing material 13. At the same time, the lid 2 is provided with a vertical contacting part 6 and a concave-formation wall 7, and these are placed in the container body 1, thus a concave space 8 being formed between the lid and the upper end of the body 1. Following that, a metal mold 9 is placed round the concave space 8, and the jointing material 13 of polypropylene is injected from an injection nozzle 12 into the concave space 8.
