CONSTITUTION:A jig 22 is inserted in a shock absorber from above, and a pipe 23 etc. mounted on this jig 22 are inserted in a dust lip 16'. Gas is introduced through a groove-shaped passage 24 provided in this pipe 23, which is removed together with the jig 23 after encapsulation of the gas, and finally selfsealing is provided by a sealing material 14.
