PURPOSE:To make the carrying in and out of unit transformers easy by raising high voltage ducts from the end portions corresponding to the unit transformers located at both sides or from the center of transformer groups, arranging said ducts over the unit transformers, taking out a phase separating bus line between the neighboring high voltage ducts, and providing a space between the unit transformers. CONSTITUTION:A large capacity three-phase transformer group 501 is formed by arranging unit transformers 101-103 in series, and another transformer group 502 is formed by arranging unit transformers 104-106 in series. The transformer groups 501 and 502 are arranged in parallel. A space A corresponding to one transformer is provided between the transformers 101-103 and 104-106. A phase separating bus line to which a common low voltage duct 116 is provided is connected and high voltage ducts 112-114 are provided. The high voltage ducts 112 and 114 are raised from the end portions of the transformers 101, 103, 104 and 106 which are located at both ends of the transformer groups 501 and 502. The high voltage duct 113 is raised from the central portion of the transformer 102 and 105 located at the center of the transformer groups. The phase separating bus line is taken out from said high voltage ducts 112-114.
