Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a chromate-treated steel plate which excels in the corrosion resistance, by carrying out the chromate treatment via the mixture solution containing the Al, Pb, Mg and Zn having a specified composition after giving the zinc galvanization. CONSTITUTION:The zinc galvanization is applied on the surface of the steel plate. After this, the mixture solution composed of the <=0.5 Al, <=0.4 Pb, 0.02 Mg and the rest of Zn in terms of the weight percent is used to carry out the chromate treatment. As a result, the time to occurrence of the white rust can be extended greatly, thus increasing the resistance to corrosion greatly for the steel plate.
