Then, an oscillation circuit including a transistor TR3 oscillates and the oscillation output boosted by a transformer T1 is rectified and charges the main capacitor C5 of the device 2. If in this case the switch Sw1-1 of the device 2 is closed, the switch Sw1-2 also closes cooperatively to parallelly apply the internal electric power source current of the device 2 to the capacitor C5, thus the charging time of the main capacitor is reduced.
