Abstract

PURPOSE: To coat the adhesive agent uniformly as well as to prevent the blocking during stretching by widening an extruded tube at a mandrel for stretching said tube as well as by spreading a heat activatable adhesive at a high temp. to coat an inner surface of the tube.
CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin tube element 2 extruded from an extruder 1 is stretched in radial direction mainly along a radially widening inner mandrel 7 through a heating tank 5. At this time, a heat activatable adhesive agent 4 in a flowable condition by heating flowed into from an adhesive agent inlet 3 and coated to an inner surface of the tube through a flow-out hole 8 and the tube is cooled in a cooling tank 6 while the outer diameter is stabilized at a cylindrical portion of the mandrel 7. The stretched tube 9 cooled only from an external surface in the cooling tank 6 is cooled totally in a water tank 11 between the cooling tank 6 and a take-up roll 10 and, after the adhesive is solidified, taken up by said take-up roll.
