Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve support force and the fitting rectangular degree considerably, by interposing plural vibration transfer suppressing metallic materials with contact areas reduced between the support material and the flange and between the flange and the stopping metallic jig. CONSTITUTION:Positioning concaves 9, 10 and 11 are provided in the circumference direction correspondingly to respective parts of support material 3 on the same circumference of phiD for the center of horn 1, flange 2, and stopping metallic jig 5, and plural steel spheres 12 as vibration transfer suppressing metallic materials which have both ends fitted and positioned between these positioning concaves are interposed between support material 3 and flange 2 and between flange 2 and stopping metallic jig 5. Each bolt 7 is provided on the circumference of phiD' (>phiD) for the center of horn 1 and screws flange 2 between support material 3 and stopping metallic jig 5 through steel spheres 12. Horn 1 is fitted to electrostrictive vibrator 13 as a vibrating material, and electric cable 14 is connected to it to feed electricity to it.
