Each bolt 7 is provided on the circumference of phiD' (>phiD) for the center of horn 1 and screws flange 2 between support material 3 and stopping metallic jig 5 through steel spheres 12. Horn 1 is fitted to electrostrictive vibrator 13 as a vibrating material, and electric cable 14 is connected to it to feed electricity to it.
