CONSTITUTION:The rectifying diode 5 buried with a diode 6 in an insulator is inserted between the brush leaf spring 3 at the base and a terminal metal 9. Both the electrodes 7, 8 of the diode 5 are brought into pressure contact with the spring 3 and the terminal metal 9 respectively by urging with confronting pressure contact portions 10. In this manner the spring 3 is integrated with the diode 5, and even if the power supply is connected reversely, the motor may not rotate reversely, and can be used in both AC and DC.
