Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The minute member 3 of low specific gravity such as polyethylene or silastic is floated on the surface of the liquid 2 such as water or glycerol contained in a container 1, and the film 4 such as a medical wafer or a PVA film printed thereon with the desired letters, pictures or the like is placed on the member 3. Next, the object body 5' to be printed is contacted to the film 4 and sunk below the surface of the liquid 2 together with the film 4, whereby the letters, pictures or the like on the film 4 are transferred onto the object body 5'. Then, the object body 5' is pulled up and subjected to drying and baking treatments so as to fix the letters, pictures or the like onto the object body 5'.
