Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the bending work of upper lead wires and reduce the number of processes without enlarging the machine by an arrangement wherein each bent portion of the upper lead wire of armature winding wound into the turtleback shape is provided at the opposite end of a laminated core from which lead wires are led out. CONSTITUTION:Conductors wound several times and formed into the turtleback shape are accommodated in grooves formed on a laminated core 3 and lower and upper coils 1a, 1b are provided with lower and upper lead wires 1c, 1d connected with commutators 4, respectively. On the occasion of providing the upper lead wire 1d which is bent toward the outer diameter direction because of the presence of an adjacent coil 2b, when the conductors wound into the turtleback shape reach the portion from which the upper load wire of the upper coil 1b is led out, the portion in communication with the upper lead wire 1d at the end 1e (L portion) opposite to the connected portion of the upper lead wire 1d is bent toward the outer diameter direction and then brought to the connected side passing over the upper coil 1b in order to form the lead wire 1d.
