Abstract

Further, the static capacitance unit is constituted with the moving electrode 35 having the magnetic substance 351 opposing to the magnet 332 and with the fixed electrode 36. When the cam 32 rotates and the projection 331 of the operation member 33 is fallen to the lower part 321 of the cam 32, the magnet 351 of the moving electrode 35 is absorbed with the magnet 332, the distance between the moving electrode 35 and the fixed electrode 36 is changed, resulting that the static capacitance is changed. The electric signal in proportion of flow rate can be obtained by detecting this change at the detection circuit 39.
