Abstract
PURPOSE: To form a uniform, deep and beautiful colored coating not having a coloring unevenness, by impregnating Al etc. having the anodic oxidation coating, in the solution dissolved metal salts and succesively carring out direct current anodic electrolysis, alternating current electrolysis and direct current cathodic electrolysis under a specified condition.
CONSTITUTION: Al or Al alloy having oxidized coating by anodic oxidation treatment, is impregnated in the solution dissolved a suitable amount of one kind or two kinds or more of metal salts, such as each salt of Ni, Co, copper, tin and direct current anodic electrolysis by 30W40V voltage, 0.05W1A/dm2 current density, alternating current electrolysis by 6W20V, 0.01W1A/dm2 current density and direct current cathodic electrolysis by 30W40V voltage 0.05W1A/dm2 current density, are carried out successively for a fixed time. Then, simple substance or oxide of the metal salt, is settled and deposited in Al oxidized coating and desired uniform and deep colored coating is formed. Corrosion resistance is improved moreover by such formation of coating.
