The third controlled rectifier 1c is connected in series with the third winding C, and the fourth controlled recitifer element 1d is connected in series with the fourth winding to form the second circuit. The first and the second circuits are connected commonly at one terminal and separately at the other terminal, and a voltage is applied from a power source eR to the first circuit, and a voltage delayed in phase by 2pi/3 therefrom is applied to the second circuit.
