Abstract

CONSTITUTION: On occasion of forming thin layer of high molecular layer chemically combined cation exchange radical with fluorine atom uniformly and low molecular compound having anion exchange radical, the low molecular layer are formed on the one face or both faces of the high molecular layer or, are formed in sandwichlike between two high molecular layers. The low molecular layer has one dissociable radical as the cation at least and is combined with the high molecular layer by sticking on the high molecular layer or electrochemically combining with it or by covalent bond or coordinate bond. Membraneous material combined cation exchange radical with fluorine atom, is used for the high molecular layer and especially, it is preferable to combine the fluorine atom with α-position carbon of the cation exchange radical.
