Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of large droplets or rough droplets from being dropped to generate uniform fine fog by holding a impact disc directly before an injecting port by a fine needle passed through said injecting port.
CONSTITUTION: A pressurized spray liquid 6 is passed along an outer side of a chuck 4 and flowed to a direction of an injecting port 3 and injected at a high flow speed in the injecting port portion. The nagative pressure generated at this high speed portion acts on a fine needle so as to locate it at a center of the injecting port 3 at all times. Therefore, the injected liquid is impacted to a central portion of an impact disc 1 as a concentric water column having a fine needle as a shaft and widen in a disc like manner and the formation of fog is initiated when said liquid membrane becomes extremely thin. In the procedure, because a barrier interrupting the liquid membrane or the sprayed liquid is not present, dropping or a formation of a rough droplets do not occur, thereby, all amount of the injected liquid is scattered into a mist or a fine fog form.
