Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the surface roughing that may occur in weld portions and enable surface treatment after welding to be uniformly performed by beforehand applying anodic oxidation film treatment on the surfaces of base metals other than their joining portions then performing welding.
CONSTITUTION: Anodic oxidation films 2a are formed on the surfaces of base metals 1 of Al or Al alloy except their metal deposition zone Z1. These are set to a working table and by connecting the - side of a DC power source to the base metals 1 and the + side to the electrode 3a of a torch 3, welding is performed by a method such as TIG welding of DC opposite polarity.
