Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the utilization efficiency of the ummanned wagon by a method wherein there is provided a means, etc. in a central device which determine passage and stop points of the unmanned wagon according to informations from terminal operation panels at loading or unloading points and transmit running commands thereby.
CONSTITUTION: When unmanned wagons V1, V2 run among, a parts place Y1, the 1st, the 2nd assembly processes P1, P2 and a finished goods place Y2 along the route formed by an inductive radio line provided on a floor and a reflection tape, stop points S1WS12 of the unmanned wagon and terminal operation boards T1WT12 are provided at each place Y1, Y2 and P1, P2 and each terminal operation panel is connected with a central device C through transmission lines CB1W CB4. The central device C determines a running route and stop points according to informations from the terminal operation panel, transmits running commands to the unmanned wagon synchronizing with occurrence of transportation requests or finish of transportation operation and the ummanned waggon is allowed to stop automatically at object points according to the commands.
