Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the axial play of a rotor and facilitate the adjusting work thereof by mounting a thrust washer inserted into the bearing on the opposite load side to receive thrust toward the opposite load after the assembly of the motor. CONSTITUTION:A collar 12, an elastic thrust washer 13, an intermediate thrust washer 14 and a sliding thrust washer 15 are provided inside a load side sleeve bearing 9 on a rotating shaft 5 to receive thrust toward the load. After the assembly of the entire motor, another thrust washer is inserted into the bearing from outside the opposite load side sleeve bearing 10 facing the end of the rotating shaft 5. The thrust washer is made up of a steel ball 18, a seat washer 19, a lock ring 22 and the like. The inserting state is adjusted visually checking the axial play of the rotor. This can facilitate the axial play of the rotor.
