Picture information of line units from unit 19 are band-demodulated in 16 through memory 18, and the added check signal is detected in 17, and it is checked whether picture information is correct or not. If it is correct, demodulation information is supplied to output device 12 through memories 131 and 132; and if it is not correct, alternate switching of memories 13 is stopped temporarily.
